1. Our Commitment to Child Safety 

Halal Spouse Finder Ltd is committed to protecting children and preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on Halal Spouse Finder – Nikah. 

Halal Spouse Finder – Nikah strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexual exploitation of children, and attempts to facilitate sexual contact with minors. 

Halal Spouse Finder – Nikah is intended for adults seeking marriage and is not intended for children or minors. 

We take reports involving child safety seriously and may take immediate action, including removing content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally permitted, and reporting suspected child sexual exploitation to appropriate authorities or relevant organisations where required or appropriate. 

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE 

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Halal Spouse Finder – Nikah: 

• Any sexual content involving a child or minor. 

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, distributing, or possessing such material through the service. 

• Sexual exploitation of children or minors. 

• Sexual grooming of a child or minor. 

• Attempting to establish or facilitate sexual contact with a child or minor. 

• Soliciting sexual images, videos, or other sexual material from a minor. 

• Encouraging, promoting, facilitating, or normalising sexual abuse or exploitation of children. 

• Using the service to arrange, facilitate, or encourage sexual activity involving a minor. 

• Sharing links, contact information, instructions, or other material intended to facilitate child sexual exploitation. 

• Attempting to evade age or safety controls for the purpose of interacting sexually with a minor. 

• Any other conduct that violates applicable child-safety or child-exploitation laws. 

3. Age Requirement 

Halal Spouse Finder – Nikah is intended for adults. 

Users must meet the minimum age requirement specified for the service and applicable law in their jurisdiction. Users must provide truthful information about their age and identity when requested. 

Users must not misrepresent their age for the purpose of accessing or using the service. 

If we become aware that an account belongs to a person who does not meet our applicable minimum-age requirement, we may restrict or terminate that account. 

4. Prohibited Content 

Users must not upload, send, publish, request, or otherwise distribute content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. 

This includes: 

• Images or videos depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation. 

• Sexualised images of children. 

• Requests for sexual images or videos from minors. 

• Sexual conversations directed toward or involving minors. 

• Content intended to groom, manipulate, threaten, or exploit a child. 

• Instructions or information facilitating the sexual exploitation of children. 

• Links to websites or services containing CSAM or facilitating child sexual exploitation. 

5. Grooming and Predatory Behaviour 

Halal Spouse Finder – Nikah prohibits grooming and other predatory behaviour involving children or minors. 

Examples include attempts to: 

• Build a relationship with a minor for a sexual purpose. 

• Gain a minor’s trust in order to sexually exploit them. 

• Request private or sexual images from a minor. 

• Move a minor to another platform for the purpose of sexual exploitation. 

• Arrange an in-person meeting with a minor for a sexual purpose. 

• Encourage a minor to conceal sexual communications or activity from parents, guardians, or authorities. 

• Threaten, blackmail, manipulate, or coerce a minor into providing sexual material or engaging in sexual activity. 

6. Reporting Child Safety Concerns 

Users can report suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or other child-safety violations to Halal Spouse Finder Ltd. 

Reports should include as much relevant information as possible, such as: 

• The username or profile involved. 

• A description of the suspected violation. 

• Relevant messages or content, where it is safe and lawful to provide them. 

• The date and approximate time of the incident. 

• Any other information that may help us investigate.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

Where we identify suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation that requires reporting, we may report it to appropriate authorities or relevant reporting organisations and provide information where legally required or permitted. 

We may preserve relevant information in accordance with applicable law, our legal obligations, and our privacy and data-retention practices. 

10. Prevention and User Safety 

Halal Spouse Finder – Nikah works to maintain a safe environment by: 

• Clearly prohibiting CSAE and related conduct. 

• Providing mechanisms for users to report safety concerns. 

• Reviewing reports and taking appropriate enforcement action. 

• Restricting or removing accounts that violate our safety requirements.

12. Relationship to Our Other Policies 

These Child Safety Standards supplement the other policies governing Halal Spouse Finder – Nikah, including our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and other applicable safety rules. 

Where conduct violates multiple policies, we may take action under any applicable policy. 

13. Updates to These Standards 

Halal Spouse Finder Ltd may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to improve our safety practices, comply with applicable laws, or address emerging risks.
